Approach

Upon receiving the project brief, the three user types were analyzed, focusing on their primary tasks and goals. This analysis was instrumental in shaping the platform’s information architecture and defining the application flow for each user type. Wireframes for key screens established the overall layout and interaction flow. These wireframes served as the foundation for discussions with the client, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements. Once the client approved the design of an initial screen, a design system was developed. It included guidelines for typography, color schemes, component usage, and interaction patterns, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all screens and user journeys. Following the information architecture and the design system principles, a UI that accommodates the needs of all user types was designed.
